Values

The five we hold each other to.

Accountability

Open books. Elected committees. AGM votes. One member, one vote at every governance moment.

Commitment

A monthly savings habit. We show up: for our savings, our loans, our trainings, and each other.

Equity

A woman's twenty thousand shillings carries the same weight at this table as anyone else's.

Transparency

Loan ceilings and dues are published. No hidden fees. The ledger is read at every AGM.

Teamwork

Every guarantor is a member, not a stranger. We vouch for each other, season after season.

Leadership

Elected by members. Reporting to members.

The Chairman and Manager carry the cooperative's public contact lines. For other committee roles, reach the secretariat first.
